ENDURANCE. ADVOCACY. LIFE.

Behind the miles

In 2023, Cam Lane donated most of her liver to save her mother, then fought her way back from zero to finish her Division I college soccer career and complete her first 100‑mile ultramarathon in 2025. Named a national LIVEr Champion, she now shows up on start lines and stages to talk honestly about what recovery, identity, and long‑term health really take. Partnering with hospitals, campuses, and mission‑driven teams, Cam turns lived experience and Exercise Science training into practical, hopeful playbooks for your community.

Why Cam Does This Work

Cam’s work in endurance sport and health advocacy is driven by lived experience. After becoming a living liver donor for her mother, she navigated recovery, caregiving, and the long road back to competition—first winning her debut 100K in the women’s division and later finishing a 100‑mile ultramarathon. This journey reshaped her understanding of health, identity, and resilience, and now fuels her commitment to supporting others through challenges and transitions. Today, Cam brings her background in Exercise Science and community leadership to work that centers on people, honesty, and long-term well-being.
